At TCL Ceramics Ltd, we use a combination of highly refined imported and locally sourced materials to produce our unique recipe. Our processes use accredited manufacturing systems, technical and quality process control systems followed by Internationally renowned Brands that yield a superior, translucent, durable and aesthetically appealing Fine Bone China product. The product contains over 40% bone ash, which allows TCL Ceramics Ltd to claim that we produce a “True Bone China product”. This True Bone China product is currently and has been supplied to a number of the most demanding world leading brands, such as Wedgwood, Royal Doulton, Portmeirion, Churchill China, Dunoon and others. In addition to Fine Bone China, we also make Fine China products which do not contain Bone Ash. Other major difference between the two products is their appearance. The Fine China does not have translucency and is slightly dull in color when compared to Bone China. The physical properties of Bone China and Fine China are similar and hence, both are equally durable. TCL Ceramics Ltd meets all Quality, Ethical, Health and safety, Staff and Craft Worker Training and Technical requirements demanded by these leading brands and has external accreditation by such organizations such as SEDEX and the Wedgwood outsourced supplier organization.
