Raised GI track to allow independent coving system
VIEW PANELS
Integrated in panels with 5mm tempered or toughened glass, held together by adhesives on extruded aluminum profiles, with silica gel embedded for moisture retention.
CLEANROOM DOORS
Locked formed cleanroom doors with honeycomb core. Includes all standard door accessories as per cleanroom requirements.
COVING
Rounded corners to minimize dust settlement. Made of snap on, aluminum extruded profiles which are powder coated to match panel color.
CUTOUTS
Cutouts to facilitate light fittings, HEPA modules, cables for electrical and electronic fittings, pressure gauges etc. are pre-fabricated in the factory.
RETURN RISER
Fabricated duct embedded inside the cleanroom modular panel, which acts as the return duct for contaminated air. Bolting system to adapt with overhead duct is provided, along with a perforated grille in SS 304 grade or powder coated GI, with a facility to provide a UV light inside.
CEILING PANELS
Wall panels arranged horizontally, with additional and heavy ancillary accessories to provide load bearing characteristics. Walkable and non-walkable options are present.
SEALING
Grade Neutral food grade silicone sealant applied at all joineries between interlocking systems to prevent and minimize air leakage between adjoining areas.
