Transformer Laminations

High-quality laminations are an essential component in the manufacturing of transformers. We offer an extensive range of laminations allow us to cater to various transformer needs. We use only the best quality electrical steel in the manufacturing of our laminations, with options of both Grain Oriented (CRGO) and Non Grain Oriented materials (CRNGO). For our customers looking for tailor-made options we use an In-house tool room to develop tooling for specific designs in a short turnaround. We also provide prototype development using laser cutting and wire cutting methods to validate customer designs before tool development for bulk production. Our multiple Automatic Cut to Length Lines fitted with carbide blades allow us to produce a wide range of Strip Laminations as per customer requirements with and without holes while maintaining precision.
