About CRGO Slit Coils
CRGO Slit Coils, also known as Cold Rolled Grain Oriented Steel Slit Coils, are electrical steel products that are widely used in the manufacturing of transformers, inductors, and other power electronic devices. These coils are made by slitting cold-rolled grain-oriented steel sheets, or mother coils, into narrower strips, which are then wound into coils. The cold rolling process aligns the crystal grains in the steel, significantly improving the material's magnetic properties.
CRGO Coils offer high magnetic permeability, low core loss, and excellent insulation properties, making them ideal for applications that require high efficiency and low losses. These coils are available in mother form in various sizes (900mm to 1250mm), widths, and thicknesses (0.18mm to 0.35mm), allowing manufacturers to choose the right product for their specific needs when sourcing CRGO slit coils.
We offer precision cutting services for magnetic core coils, providing various widths to meet customer needs. Our advanced CNC Slitting line with a carbide cutter ensures top-quality results with perfect accuracy. We guarantee that both edges of our slit coils will have a maximum 10-micron burr for consistent performance of CRGO slit coils.

We have the Slit Coil Wrapping machine by which we pack the slit
coil in 3 layers of packing ( VCI Paper, HDP, and Stretch Film).
After that, we cover one more layer of HDP and LDEP.
