Description

Corrugated Wall Panels are used as cooling fins in power and distribution transformers. They are highly durable and ensure excellent performance. They are superior in terms of quality and durability and will be supplied meeting all specific requirements of the customer. The goal is to achieve excellent cooling performance with economic & competitive support. TRANSONS has a brand new fully automatic IMPORTED corrugated walls pressing and welding machine for making corrugation wall panels to cater power and distribution transformer cooling requirements, with all the state-of-the-art technologies. Machine capacity is 3 - 4 fins / minute according to the depth of the fin. We offer the entire range of cooling systems with corrugated wall panels of any shape, size & profile.

Embossing

The embossing is required to increase the strength of the corrugated walls and to make more robust, especially in the big tanks, where the pressure of the oil is important, and the depth of the FIN HEIGHT (H) is above 190mm and height of the Coil (L) is above 600mm. In order to maintain flexibility in corrugation fins to ‘breath’ (contract or expand with respect to change in temperature), spot welding is not preferred in hermetically sealed tanks.
