Leuprorelin Acetate

We began peptide development at Trroy Life Sciences Pvt Ltd in 2020 from scratch. Our journey started with basic brainstorming sessions involving both external and internal teams. Initially, we worked on amino acid coupling at the milligram level, starting with a three mer. Despite facing numerous hurdles and failures, we eventually succeeded in synthesizing a hexamer peptide, which was thoroughly analysed and characterised. In 2022, we developed various API peptides consisting of nine to eleven amino acids using solid phase synthesis. Alongside this, we developed and optimized purification and isolation techniques, as well as analytical methods. Our technical team developed a non-infringing synthesis of a peptide, which is currently under examination at the Patent Office. In 2023, we successfully achieved the coupling of long-chain amino acids, ranging from 20 to 35 mer. These peptides were isolated using advanced high-purification techniques. In 2024, we established clean rooms and a separate manufacturing facility to meet GMP guidelines. Production of peptide APIs began in August 2024, adhering to GMP standards.
