Consequent upon the conversion of our Company to public limited, the name was changed to United Polyfab (Unit-II) Limited and the fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 3, 2015, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. Subsequently, the name of Company was changed to United Polyfab Gujarat Limited and certificate of incorporation dated December 11, 2015, pursuant to the change of name was issued by Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.Our Company on its public issue getting subscribed got Listing and Trading Approval from National Stock Exchange to List and trade on SME EMERGE Platform.
