Oily Hair Care Kit

Dry hair is hair which does not contain enough moisture. This is usually because the cuticle has become heavily weathered and porous, so that the cortex cannot retain water. It shows up more in long hair than in short, simply because the hair has been growing for longer and therefore has weathered more. It is more common in women than in men because women are more likely to wear their hair longer. The dryness may come to affect more if it is given repeated chemical treatments, particularly perming and perming associated with bleaching. Dry hair feels rough and lusterless. It does not shine and is difficult to style. It responds to intensive conditioning with Valeda Herbal Jojoba Hair Grooming Cream. This cream protects the edges of the cuticle scales, although it cannot cure split ends where the cortex has burst out. All Valeda Hair Tonics are formulated to provide short term relief by repairing the split hair. Careful brushing, drying and combing after washing are important. Valeda hair products for dry hair contain large molecules with positive electrical charges. As the hair have a slight negative charge, these molecules with positive charge cling to them. They gather on the edges of the cuticle's damaged scales, smoothing over and filling in the breaks and cracks. As a result the hair tends to become more manageable and shiny. Doctors at Valeda Wellness Centers have experienced that the sessions of following procedure gives appreciable relief in dry hair conditions.
