Versatile Group is a result of backward integration of Versatile Engineers machine shop originally established in the year 1969 at Kolhapur in Maharashtra, India. We specialize in the casting and machining of products to specific customer requirements, offering design assistance, pattern making, and fast "turn around" through effective production methods. In the year 1995, under the flag of Versatile Group, Versatile Industries was established at MIDC Shiroli, Kolhapur. Versatile Industries got Unit-II as an expansion and was included in the group in the year 2003. With exceptional hard work and efforts of Mr. Sunil Janwadkar, our chairperson & Mr. Yatin Janwadkar, our director, we became one of India’s most experienced and fastest casting and machining services industry in just around three decades. To further increase the foundry capacity, we inducted, new technologically advanced HPML, having 3500 MT inhouse melting capacity for C.I. & well-equipped machine shops with improved and latest technology. Under the leadership of Mr Yatin Janwadkar, Versatile Alucast was established in the year 2012, an aluminum unit, backed by the strong foundry and machine shop, was established and included in group.
