Vibgyor was established in 1995 and manufactured more than 1000 components, which includes Precision Turned, Cold Forged, Fabricated, Welded and Assembled components. We have a state of the art manufacturing facility, combined with robust systems and a highly motivated workforce offering components of international quality. With highly qualified people and years of industry experience, Vibgyor Automotive has a proven track record of converting customer needs into superior components on scheduled time. Vibgyor’s core competency is manufacturing Cold Forged and Precision Machined components, Sheet Metal Pressed and Welded components, which are widely used for Safety Critical Parts like Steering and Brake components of cars, commercial vehicles and agricultural tractors. Vibgyor provides an end to end solution from product design, manufacturing, assembling, painting, phosphating to electroplating. With the support of our leading customers, we have implemented the principles of Lean Manufacturing, Flow Line Concept and dedicated manufacturing facilities for each customer. Achieving zero defects, higher productivity and on-time delivery has made us a complete ‘Customer Centric Organisation‘. Vibgyor Automotive is spread across eight locations in Chennai and Pondicherry. Our units are set up close to customer locations which makes us their preferred supplier. Individual plants are certified with Customer Quality requirements of IATF 16949, ISO, 100 PPM, IMaRQ, SQ MARK and MVQSA. We manage the manufacturing of multiple products and processes with ease, owing to our tailor made in-house Information Technology systems.
