WGSPL offers a wide range of "Ready-To-Assemble Engineered Components" for valve and the general engineering industry. We specialize in providing high precision finished forged components with Stellite overlay, Inconel overlay or any special Cobalt or Nickel deposition as required by the customer. We manufacture completely machined valve component series from various materials as per your drawings. We provide wear resistant solutions for oil and gas products including pipes, valves and forged components. We provide an anti-corrosion weld overlay solution and manufacture entire component or provide surface coating solutions within our fully operational welding and machining facility. We at WGS have a high precision machine shop with heat treatement facility and other machining operations and we maintain a base of reliable materials suppliers, foundries and casting suppliers for supplying high quality, independently certified materials as required by our customers. We also have over 25 certified vendors, selected after undergoing rigorous quality and delivery audits. Our manufacturing and operations are located in Trichy, near BHEL from where the products are manufactured and shipped all over the world. Our total available area is about 60,000 Sq Ft and work shop is about 8,000 sq ft comprising of design and engineering, manufacturing, testing, quality control and shipping.
