We focus on energy foods, which means a lot of processing and packing. It’s a busy place with people coming and going all day. The West Godavari district is a very green place, and being in Gowripalli gives us a good connection to the local produce. We aren't trying to be some giant food conglomerate. We are just a local business trying to make something useful. Sometimes the machinery breaks down, or we have trouble getting the right supplies on time, but we just keep moving. The heat in Andhra can be really something else, so we try to get most of the heavy work done in the mornings. Our team is made up of people from around the neighborhood. We don't use big words or have a polished way of speaking. We just make the food and get it ready for whoever needs it. It’s a simple life, focused on the work at the temple side. Every day brings something different, whether it’s a new batch of ingredients or just the usual village gossip over lunch with the other workers.
