Wheat

We’re over at Amrut Wheat Graas, specifically in Office No. 3 at Nav Durga Homes. It’s part of the Bombay Sappers Colony in Vadgaon Sheri, just off Nagar Road. It’s a quiet little corner, which is nice because it lets us focus on what we’re doing without too much noise from the main road. I spend a lot of time here looking after the wheatgrass and making sure everything is growing like it should. The office isn't very big, so we have to be smart about how we use the space. We’ve got racks and supplies tucked into every corner. It’s a very hands-on job. I’m usually watering things or checking the temperature throughout the day. People from the colony sometimes pop their heads in to see what we're up to. We’ve been here for a bit now and have gotten to know the other people in Nav Durga Homes pretty well. It’s a friendly atmosphere. We don't have a big sales team or anything. If you call, you'll probably just talk to me or one of the two people who help me out here. We just want to keep things simple and keep the plants healthy. It's a lot of routine, but there's something satisfying about seeing things grow from nothing every week. It’s just our little business in a nice part of town.
