The company embarked its journey starting with a single SI production unit and since then it has now come up a long way. Sponge iron manufacturing capacity has scaled up to 3x100 TPD rotatory DRI Kilns and the company has completed strategic vision - building upstream and downstream integration. The raw material required for the manufacturing is sourced from nearby mines after crushing and benefication from 0.3 MTPA benefication units. RPSL manufactures pellets from iron ore fines from 0.3 MTPA Travel Grate pellet plant that ensures a robust operational performance. 3 of our 100 TPD rotatory Kilns process these pellets into Sponge Pellets and it is then put to Induction Furnace or the Arc Furnace based on requirement.
