Our infrastructural set-up includes latest and sophisticated machinery coupled with testing instruments which are installed in manufacturing unit for production of innovative and standardized products. Machines used are highly efficient and can easily produce nuts, bolts, and screws in bulk quantities. Being one of the premium fastener manufacturers, ARYANSH has the capacity to produce 3000 MT of precision engineered fasteners and offer 3000 different kinds of fasteners ranging from 4mm to 40mm diameter and length up to 400 mm in various grade.6, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9, and 14.9) and raw materials including stainless Steel (304, 304L, 316, 316L, 310, 904L, 410, 420) which are in compliance with ISO, DIN, JIS, ASTM, BS, IS and ANSI standards. We offer our clients surface treatment options such as oxidizing, zinc phosphating, electro- galvanising with white, yellow, black and green passivations along with removal of hydrogen embrittlement. For the heat treatment process of fasteners we use the Shaker Hearth Furnaces, Automatic Tempering Furnaces and Blackening Furnace. We aim at setting-up new milestones while maintaining innovation in our range of products, with major stress being laid on after sales support.
