Operation
The wet mass is fed into the **extruder chamber**, where twin screw or radial extrusion screens push the material through precise dies, forming uniform extrudates. These extrudates are then automatically transferred into the **spheronizer**, where a friction plate rotating at controlled speeds transforms them into perfect spherical pellets through centrifugal and shear forces.
The entire process ensures minimum heat generation, efficient processing, and reproducible results—making it an indispensable system for **pharmaceutical formulation and R&D applications**.
