Our high-voltage contacts are ideally suited for applications which involve high currents thanks to high material cross-sections (up to 5 mm). Safe transmission of high currents is key, particularly in the automotive industry, for e-mobility, and in the field of renewable energies. We produce both female connectors with an integrated contact lamella made from high-performance alloy as well as male connectors with a mounted cap for protection against contact. For example, we process step-milled strips, including with selective precious metal electroplating according to the customer’s requirements, as part of the production process. Our perfectly designed progressive tools mean that production can be carried out in a single stage, including highly precise mounting of the plastic cap, laser welding, laser marking, and 100% in-line camera monitoring.
