Combi connectors

Multi-part plug connectors are highly sophisticated components that we can provide as part of a single-stage production process. Thanks to our special tools, we are able to implement customer-specific requirements and all manner of connection variants, such as round-rolled or folded contacts with double material thickness and mounted inner or outer springs. Mounting of bronze inner conductors in stainless steel housings, for example, is fully integrated into the process, and selectively galvanized stamped strips with customary sheet thicknesses of 0.2 mm – 0.4 mm are processed. The production line includes in-die laser welding, process-integrated laser marking, and the 100% camera check. We are able to achieve maximum performance and robustness in our combi connectors, ideally suited to the customer’s application, by combining various different technical materials and a variety of surfaces.
