Round contact

This type of contact can be found in a variety of electrical applications and is used for charging batteries and for signal transmission, for example. The product is characterized by its outstanding shielding, excellent current-carrying capacity, and temperature resistance and is significantly more economical compared to twisted contacts. We produce round contacts with a straight or angled design and, in particular, those with extremely small dimensions (internal dia. up to 0.4 mm). We can produce various customer-specific geometries and complex requirements in single-stage production lines and assembly production. Selective silver plating, dielectric feed, mounting, and delivery continuously on a conveyor belt in environmentally friendly returnable/reusable packaging are standard requirements at KRAMSKI. Fully integrated laser welding and laser marking, including 100% camera check, are also standard at our company. Our flexible production is characterized by a high degree of automation, consultation on technically optimal surfaces, and flexibility when it comes to different customer connections (crimp, solder contact, etc.).
