CNC Gun Drilling Machine (Deep Hole Drilling)

The Stallion deep hole machining portfolio covers every major deep-hole process — gun drilling (single, double, four and six spindle configurations), BTA drilling, deep hole boring, deep hole honing, and deep hole skiving & roller burnishing. Hole ranges span from Ø1.5 mm micro-drilling through to Ø1000 mm large-bore honing, with depths up to 4,000 mm and depth-to-diameter ratios up to 100:1. Each platform is built on a heavy cast-iron bed with AC servo drive, ball-screw motion, automatic intermittent lubrication, high-pressure cooling and CNC-controlled axes — engineered to deliver bore straightness and surface finish that conventional drilling cannot match. Configurations are tailored to the customer’s bore range, depth, material, production volume and automation requirements.
