3D Sand Printer (Binder-Jet)

Stallion FVX2000 prints sand moulds and cores directly from a digital CAD file by selectively depositing a furan-based binder onto layered resin sand — no pattern, no core box, no parting line. The 2000 × 1000 × 1000 mm build envelope handles complete cylinder heads, manifolds, pump bodies and gearbox cases in a single print, and the ±0.3 mm geometric accuracy with 200 dpi resolution reproduces internal cooling channels, oil galleries and undercut features that would require multiple cores in conventional sand moulding. Throughput is ≥2.5 tons of finished mould per day with continuous 24-hour operation and fully automatic feeding.
