01 Suitable Surfaces + - Cement sand plaster or OPC render (fully cured, dry, sound) - Concrete — all types (new fully cured, stable) - Existing sound tile surfaces - Lightweight block / AAC panel surfaces - Sand-cement screeds (fully cured and dry) 02 Suitable Tiles + - Standard ceramic floor and wall tiles - Vitrified and glazed vitrified tiles (GVT/PGVT) - Small to medium format tiles up to 600×600mm - Mosaic tiles and border tiles 03 Surface Preparation + - Surface must be sound, clean and free from dust, oil and grease - Do not pre-wet the substrate - Prime porous or absorbent surfaces if needed - Ensure surface is flat — level with mortar if deviation >5mm 04 Mixing + - Add powder to clean water at 1:0.28 ratio by weight - Mix with slow-speed electric stirrer to lump-free consistency - Allow to slake 5 minutes then re-stir before use - Use within pot life — do not add water after initial mixing 05 Application + - Apply with appropriate notch trowel for tile size - Set tiles firmly with twisting motion into adhesive - Leave joints for grout — minimum 2mm - Allow 24 hours before grouting with C&L Lite Grout or Epoxy Grout

🌡️ Temperature Ideal working temperature +5°C to +35°C. Avoid applying in direct sunlight or on very hot surfaces. ⏱️ Open Time Work within the pot life after mixing. Use T class extended open time for large or complex layouts. 📐 Trowel Selection Match notch trowel size to tile format — 6mm for small tiles, 10–12mm for large format tiles. 💦 Coverage Check Lift a tile to verify adhesive coverage — minimum 65% for floors, 80% for exterior and wet areas. ⚠️ Do not pre-wet the substrate with water. Ensure surface is clean, dry and free from contamination before applying adhesive.
