Rosin modified phenolic resins has characteristics of high molecular weight and low acid value resulting in good adhesion properties.   Solubility : Soluble in industrial methylated spirit, butanol, cellosolve, diacetone alcohol and ketones Limited solubility in acetate esters and toluene Insoluble in xylene, LSN, HSN, MTO, Dipentine and Pine Oil   Applications : Spirit soluble varnishes, map varnishes, spirit based inks, NC lacquers and road marking paints
