Short Coconut Alkyd Resin

Short oil alkyds offer good adhesion and anticorrosive properties. Good levelling properties, mar-proofness and hardness render it useful for economic industrial finishes.   Solubility : Soluble in aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, cellosolve, Mineral Oil Turpentine (MTO), insoluble in alcohols Compatibility : Compatible with reduced phenolics, oil soluble maleic resins, oil soluble pure phenolics, ester gum, etc. Applications : Industrial finishes, furniture and machine paints, economic stoving enamels, undercoats and primers.
